Services

A service is a piece of the work you want to automate. After you create or edit a process, the service selection area will appear on the left of the application, with all services with which Claudio can work. It is important to remember that Claudio services are generic pieces of works that can be used by different Flows.

So for example, the Salesforce “Customer List” service can be used as many times as you want from as many Flows as you want.
