GreenVulcano db-call, query-db-call and exec-db-call extensions.

This feature offers the following operations:

• db-call: is part of the DB-calls family. It defines the parameters to perform a DB operation. It is used by Channel and routed-call.
• query-db-call: defines the information needed to create a DataBase query.
• exec-db-call: defines the information needed to execute a DataBase query.
